The Shit Show Is Growing. We're Gonna Need a Bigger Bag

The Shit Show Is Growing. We're Gonna Need a Bigger Bag

You took a chance on an unknown game. Now look what you've done

We made a card game about chaos, bad decisions, and the special kind of disaster only humans can create.

No household name behind it. No decades of history. No giant fan base waiting for the next release. Just an idea, a stack of cards, a slightly inappropriate name, and the belief that maybe we all need another reason to sit around a table and laugh.

And then you bought it.

Seriously.

To every person who saw a game called Shit Show, stopped scrolling, took a closer look, and thought "Yep. These are my people"thank you.

You took a chance on a new, independent game you'd probably never heard of before.

We don't take that lightly.

The Best Part? You're Actually Having Fun.

Sales are wonderful — we're a business, apparently they expect us to make money — but the best part of growing Shit Show has been hearing from people who've actually played it.

We love the positive feedback.

Hearing that you laughed, that your friends laughed, that somebody played the exact wrong response card at exactly the right moment — that's the whole point.

Shit Show was never supposed to be complicated.

Life already took care of that.

The idea was to take the ridiculousness, stress, and general chaos of everyday life and turn it into something we could laugh about together.

Laugh first. Stress less. Connect more.

Apparently, we're not the only ones who needed that.

Unfortunately, the Shit Show Keeps Growing

We started with the Original Game.

Then came the Corporate Expansion, because the workplace has been quietly generating comedy material for generations — meetings that should've been emails, jargon nobody understands, paychecks that vanish before you get them.

Then came The Matrix Expansion, because AI and reality itself apparently decided everyday life wasn't weird enough already.

So somewhere along the way, we created a new problem:

You've got the Original Game.

You've got the expansions.

You've got the gear.

And nowhere to put it all.

Naturally, we handled this crisis with all the professionalism you've come to expect from us.

We made a backpack.

Meet the Backpack — Available in the Code Brown Bundle

Yes, this is now a thing, and we're a little too pleased with ourselves about it.

It's roomy, it's exclusive to the Code Brown Bundle — and if you're going to carry your Shit Show gear around town, you might as well carry it in something that admits exactly what it is.

No shame. No subtlety.

Just a bag that says, "Yes, I own the card game about disasters, and yes, I am prepared for one at all times."

Game night at a friend's house?

Pack it.

Weekend getaway?

Pack it.

Family gathering with a statistically significant chance of becoming its own Shit Show?

Definitely pack it.

We're calling it Crisis Management, because calling it "the bag where you keep all your shit" seemed a little too obvious.

This Is Becoming More Than One Game

Shit Show is becoming a brand.

The Original Game was the beginning, but the idea behind it was always bigger than a deck of cards.

Life gives us material.

Work gives us material.

Technology, relationships, family, and whatever the hell happened yesterday give us material.

Rather than pretending everything's under control, sometimes it feels a lot better to admit:

This is a complete Shit Show.

Then laugh about it.

We're already preparing more as the brand grows — more ways to play, more gear, and undoubtedly more ideas someone here will eventually say "we should actually make that" about.

Some of those probably should be stopped.

We'll keep you posted.

But First, Thank You

When you're a new, independent brand, every order matters.

Every review, every comment, every piece of feedback helps us figure out what to do next.

Every time somebody chooses Shit Show for game night, a party, or a gift, this little brand gets a little bigger.

So to everyone who was here early:

Thank you for taking the chance.

For buying a game from a company you'd never heard of.

For laughing with us.

And for helping turn one ridiculous idea into something that's actually growing.

We're still learning.

Still building.

Still laughing.

Still making shit up as we go — apparently now we just have a bag to carry it all in.

It's a Shit Show. Have fun with it. 💩
