Sh’t Show Launch Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The "Sh’t Show Launch Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is sponsored by IRB International LLC, 2222 W. Grand River, Suite A, Okemos, MI 48864, USA ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on the launch date posted on shitshowthegame.com and ends May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Method 1 — Purchase: Each order of the Sh’t Show card game placed during the Promotion Period counts as one (1) entry. No limit on the number of orders, and therefore no limit on the number of entries via purchase.
Method 2 — No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, send your full name and email address to contest@shitshowthegame.com with the subject line "Launch Giveaway Entry." Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person for the entire Promotion Period.
All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the "Ultimate Game Night Kit" — a prize package with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $300 USD. Prize contents may vary; the package is intended to outfit an excellent game night.
The prize is awarded "as-is" with no cash equivalent and is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original cannot be awarded for any reason.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the close of the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry within five (5) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes — and, with separate written consent, full name and likeness — without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, engaging in fraud, or otherwise violating these rules.
- By entering, participants release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
11. Winner List
For the winner's name (first name and last initial only), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: IRB International LLC, Attn: Launch Giveaway Winner, 2222 W. Grand River, Suite A, Okemos, MI 48864, postmarked no later than thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period ends.
